No. Most of our clients are at work. You can leave a key, a lockbox code, or a smart-lock code, and we'll text when we arrive and when we finish.

Question 3

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes - equipment, cloths, and products are all ours. If you prefer we use something specific, or your surfaces need a particular product, leave it out and we'll use it.

Question 4

How often should I schedule house cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Biweekly is the most common choice for The Crown Refresh. Weekly makes sense for larger households, pets, or homes where the kitchen takes a beating. Monthly works for smaller homes that stay tidy between visits.

We do. The Royal Reset is perfect as a one-time deep clean before a party, after a renovation, or when you want to see how we work before committing to a recurring schedule.

What's included in a deep cleaning?

Accepted Answer

The Royal Reset includes everything in The Crown Refresh plus baseboards, doors and trim, interior windows, ceiling fans, light fixtures, cabinet fronts, detailed bathroom scrubbing, appliance exterior detailing, and hand-detailing throughout the home.
